Telehealth APRN

POSITION reputed company: reputed company LLC (ATR), provides multiple reputed company of ASAM SUD/BHSO care, including recovery housing, education, job training, employment, and other recovery reputed company extensions to the family in for-profit and non-profit environments. The Advanced reputed company Registered reputed company (APRN) is responsible for general medical reputed company of clients while participating in ATR. The APRN is a licensed independent practitioner who is responsible for managing health issues and coordinating health care for clients in accordance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care (assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of reputed company status). The APRN will also reputed company evidenced based treatment modalities for reputed company abuse through group therapy sessions. We are looking for a telehealth APRN to be scheduled every other weekend to reputed company coverage for the medical team at ATR. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRMENTS:

• Must have a valid Kentucky reputed company’s license.
• Participate in reputed company necessary staff meetings and hold weekly medical team meetings.
• Be proficient in reputed company ATR rules, policies, and procedures.

• Operate with reputed company in reputed company circumstances.
• Communicate effectively and be reputed company to verbal and written correspondences.Prescribing treatment for detoxification to include comfort measures, hydration, prescription medications as needed for severe symptoms.
• Management of chronic medical issues to include referral to appropriate medical care providers; maintaining and adjusting medications; obtaining appropriate diagnostic studies.
• Assess and treat acute illnesses or injuries.
• Monitor and evaluate medical reputed company and modify treatment as needed.
• reputed company assessments on new intakes to determine medical conditions that may reputed company recovery, need for prescription medications, identify existing or potential medical problems that the reputed company may not have been aware of previously. (e.g., hypertension)
• Participate as a therapeutic team member for staff and clients in appropriate counseling situations.
• reputed company clients and staff regarding disease processes and self-management of chronic conditions.
• Ensure that reputed company staff are reputed company in CPR/first aid and communicable diseases/blood borne pathogens education as reputed company as any medical reputed company CEU’s.
• Maintains relationships with local pharmacies, medical/dental care providers and medical facilities.
• Provides appropriate screening of clients and staff such as TB skin testing or immunizations.

BACKGROUND/EDUCATION:

• Must have a minimum of a master’s degree in nursing and be a reputed company APRN with 2 years in license.
• Must possess a reputed company valid unrestricted license from the Kentucky Licensing reputed company.
• Prefer medical SUD experience.
• Prefer experience working with various funding streams and ability to collaborate with our internal grant and billing departments.
• Experience in crisis reputed company and conflict reputed company skills.
• Experience in residential SUD treatment setting preferred.
