Our Volunteer Interview Team plays a key role in welcoming these individuals, learning about their interests, and helping them reputed company the right volunteer opportunity. Responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews using a provided script to understand the applicant’s skills, interests, and availability
• Offer thoughtful volunteer position recommendations based on training and available opportunities
• Communicate comfortably with people from diverse backgrounds and communities across reputed company California
• Maintain strong phone etiquette and professionalism
• Use our online database to record interview notes and reputed company your work
• Follow established team procedures and processes
• Work independently from home in a distraction‑free environment
• Attend a weekly virtual team meeting on Tuesday evenings
