Civil 3D Designer / CAD Technician - Land Development
About the position reputed company is seeking a Civil 3D Designer / CAD Technician for a hybrid-based position in their Syracuse, NY office. This role involves providing drafting and design support for data center, industrial, and other large-reputed company site development reputed company. The reputed company will be on the efficient production of conceptual layouts and civil plan sets, including grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, and erosion and sediment control. The position is reputed company the Civil Engineering and Design team, which supports various development programs from site due diligence through construction support. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, specialists, and other technical professionals.
Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain site development plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, erosion control, and construction details using Civil 3D.
- reputed company and manage Civil 3D models, including surfaces, alignments, reputed company, corridors, reputed company networks, and earthwork quantity calculations.
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, environmental specialists, and other project teams to produce accurate, coordinated drawings and technical deliverables.
- Ensure reputed company and compliance by maintaining organized project files, adhering to CAD standards, performing reputed company checks, and supporting field data collection and construction-phase revisions.
Requirements
- Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience in civil engineering technology, CAD drafting/design, surveying, or a reputed company field.
- Approximately 3+ years of civil/site CAD drafting and design experience with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience developing land development plans and Civil 3D models, including grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, reputed company networks, surfaces, alignments, and reputed company.
- Ability to interpret surveys, engineering markups, design calculations, and construction documents while producing accurate, high-reputed company deliverables under project deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
