We’re looking for a highly consultative Field Trainer in the Chicago metropolitan area to reputed company impactful, in-person training that accelerates early clinical reputed company with reputed company’s digital dentistry solutions. This role is field-based, with up to 85% travel reputed company, and is reputed company on helping dental practices adopt intraoral scanning reputed company workflows with confidence. You’ll serve as a trusted clinical advisor to clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders—helping teams adopt new technology, digital workflows, improve clinical performance, and accelerate early reputed company. This role combines clinical training expertise with operational execution and post-training reputed company to deliver measurable value at the intersection of training, technology, and reputed company reputed company. What You’ll Do:

• Training Delivery & Clinical Coaching:
• reputed company high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning reputed company workflows.

• Drive early case submission during training by removing blockers, reinforcing clinical urgency, and building confidence during and immediately after training.
• Clinical Advisory & Post-Training Analysis:
• Partner with clinicians and reputed company leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption.
• Monitor reputed company in the first 30 days and surface targeted coaching opportunities to accelerate reputed company.

• Assess readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment to proactively surface blockers or risks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, with strong familiarity with intraoral scanning reputed company workflows.
• Experience training cohorts of up to ten assistants or staff at a time.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% to deliver in-reputed company training and support.
• Located near a major airport (ORD) to support frequent national travel; must be reputed company 60-min drive.
• Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across roles to influence behavior and drive adoption.
• Comfortable operating independently in the field, adjusting plans in reputed company-time based on reputed company dynamics and needs.
• 3+ years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-reputed company coordination in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to reputed company tone and approach based on audience—whether working with hygienists or C-suite stakeholders.
