Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Correctly identify the party from which the medical records were submitted. - Ensure correct documents are provided to the physician reviewer and submit assigned reports accurately and reputed company. - Examine case file to ensure reputed company relevant information has been submitted. - Review documents to determine completeness and eligibility and report identified errors appropriately and reputed company. - Correctly identify non-medical records and reputed company appropriate decision on the need for reputed company review of these documents. - reputed company hundreds of pages of medical records completely, accurately, and reputed company. - reputed company other duties as may be assigned by management. - reputed company data entry tasks with accuracy.
