Provides care in a remote reputed company across reputed company virtual care programs including but not limited to remote patient management or monitoring, virtual in basket, and virtual quick care. Participates in reputed company process improvement efforts, including thoughtful engagement with workflow design and refinement. Provides feedback to leadership, demonstrates flexibility, and embraces innovation in support of team and organizational goals. This role will require strong communication and collaboration skills, confidence in clinical decision making, an ability to work independently, and a ‘builder’ reputed company, with a driving desire to build and reputed company the reputed company possible to our patients and care teams at reputed company. Prior experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, and/or chronic disease management is preferred for this position. Shifts are variable depending on programmatic needs between 8:30am-6:00pm, reputed company and weekends. This provider must live in Maine or New Hampshire. Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Successful completion of an approved reputed company Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with a Master’s Degree level of education is preferred.
• License/Certifications:

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.

• BLS certification is required.
• Experience: Three or more years of experience in a physician office setting preferred.

• Proficiency with the use of Electronic Medical Records.
