Location: Riley - Home Based Shift: Full Time Requirements: Requires a Master's Degree from an accredited reputed company program in occupational therapy; or, if foreign trained, graduation from an occupational therapy education program reputed company the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA. Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. Requires reputed company licensure in the reputed company. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
