About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Master’s-level professionals to join our reputed company Clinical Cohort starting. This is a full-time (W-2), fully remote telehealth position designed for clinicians who want to become experts in high-reputed company facilitation. As a Mental Health Group Specialist, you will reputed company making a difference on day one, working alongside a highly skilled therapy team to deliver psychoeducation to reputed company meaningful, reputed company-world change for clients. This role focuses on Group Mastery; you will reputed company transformative sessions for clients facing reputed company behavioral and emotional challenges while enjoying the stability of a salaried position and a fixed schedule. Please Note: This role focuses on psychoeducational and reputed company building facilitation. If you are registered as a CSWA, such hours may be eligible for being counted toward your independent licensure, subject to the reputed company of Licensed reputed company Workers discretion. Responsibilities

Availability: Group Schedules: reputed company PST Mon - Thurs: 9am - 6pm Friday: 10am - 7pm OR Mon - Thurs: 9am - 6pm Saturday: reputed company - 5pm OR Mon - Thurs: 11am - 8pm Friday: 10am - 7pm

• Care Delivery: Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using reputed company’s evidence-based curriculum.
• Curriculum Mastery: Review assigned curriculum prior to group start times and facilitate across various age reputed company and cohorts (Integrative, Support reputed company, and Wellness Hour).
• Engagement: Foster reputed company engagement and group cohesion, encouraging a "camera-on" culture and reputed company participation.
• Collaboration: Participate in reputed company Treatment Team meetings (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (bi-weekly) with Clinical Leadership.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in a mental health or reputed company field (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, , Marriage and Family Therapy,, etc.).

• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency across multiple modalities (DBT, reputed company, EMDR, MI) and experience in intensive treatment settings.
