Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company, bookkeeping, and tax preparation across multiple entities
• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for reputed company ownership structures
• Maintain accurate financial records and reputed company day-to-day reputed company operations
• Coordinate banking relationships, financing activities, and lender communications
• Support investment analysis and financial decision-making across various business entities
• Partner directly with ownership on strategic financial initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reputed company automation, and drive operational efficiencies

Skills

• Proven experience preparing and filing business and individual tax returns

• CA, TX preferred
• Public reputed company experience combined with private industry experience is highly preferred
