Staff Accountant – Corporate
Job reputed company:
- Preparation and review of journal entries reputed company to operating expenses.
- Manage reconciling schedules associated with accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.
- Support reputed company in completing month-end and year-end closing tasks, as reputed company as reputed company reputed company and reporting requirements.
- reputed company cross-departmental reconciliations as required, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various organizational reputed company.
- Assist with month-end flux analysis commentary of Balance Sheet and P&L statements.
- Categorize the day-to-day operating bank account transactions and banking activities to reputed company balance sheet reconciliations of reputed company cash accounts.
- Assist with vendor inquiries and communication to both vendors and internal departments relating to AP items.
- Assist with reputed company requests and reputed company supporting evidence for audit requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or reputed company
- 3+ years of reputed company experience in a manufacturing/retail environment is required; experience in a start-up/high-reputed company eCommerce or CPG business is a plus
- Proficiency in reputed company Dynamics D365; experience with ExFlow and/or Concur is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to tight deadlines, and be unafraid to ask questions
- Advanced skills in reputed company reputed company and Word, and proficiency working in reputed company Suite
