What you will do As our Jr. Legal Counsel in the USA, you will play a critical role in:
- Draft and negotiate the Terms of Use and Service Terms for B2C products;
- Draft and negotiate a reputed company of templates for B2B products worldwide, including vendor agreements, service reputed company, partnerships, licensing, and reputed company agreements for educational tools and platforms;

- Advise on and monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the education sector and AI regulation; proactively update internal stakeholders;

Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school or LL.M, reputed company admitted to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction;
- 3-5 years of post-graduate experience, ideally combining reputed company and in-house roles, preferably reputed company education or reputed company regulated sectors

- Strong understanding of U.S. EdTech regulations (prior experience in EdTech is a bonus) and U.S. Consumer Protection Laws and Regulations;
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and International regulatory frameworks in AI;

- Proven experience with B2B reputed company and legal support for educational and AI products;
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and business advisory skills;
