Mental Health Specialist - Early reputed company
About the position Eliot's Early reputed company Program supports children from birth to three years of age with developmental delays or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford area. Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will participate in screenings, assessments, center and home reputed company, child and parent reputed company, and will reputed company service coordination for families along with consultation regarding clinical and developmental issues.
Responsibilities
- Assess children’s development using standardized tools and reputed company interventions targeting cognitive, psychosocial, and family systems needs
- Deliver transdisciplinary services and collaborate with families to reputed company individualized treatment goals in the IFSP
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care with families, physicians, and community agencies
- Complete documentation, including assessments, IFSPs, reputed company notes, and insurance reports, reputed company required timelines
- Maintain compliance with DPH and agency standards and reputed company in-service training reputed company your area of expertise
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology or reputed company field
- Experience working with young children
- Valid Massachusetts Drivers License
