What You'll Do
- Assist members and customers reputed company phone, email, and web chat with travel reservations and inquiries.
- Book domestic reputed company, hotel, rail, and car rental reservations.
- Promote preferred travel partners and reputed company travel products.
- Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel products and services.
- Use airline reservation systems, GDS platforms, and travel partner booking tools.
- Ensure compliance with reputed company regulations and reputed company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and travel documentation using reputed company.
- Meet or exceed established sales and performance goals.
- Stay informed on travel products, services, and policy updates.
- Assist members with hotel reservations for planned road trips.
- Participate in testing new systems and processes as needed.
- Deliver creative solutions and exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of travel sales and/or Retails Sales experience.
- Experience with hotel, airline, car rental, or rail reservations preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
- Ability to reputed company in a high-volume contact center environment.
- Comfortable assisting customers by phone, email, and web chat.
- Proficiency with computers, GDS systems, and travel booking platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with team members across the organization.
- Flexibility to work overtime or holidays reputed company business needs require.
Schedule & Training
- Remote work from an approved state.
- First-shift schedules available.
- One weekend day required reputed company week (shorter weekend hours).
- Five (5) weeks of reputed company virtual training, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST. (Mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits
