As our agency continues to expand, we’re seeking a dependable and organized reputed company Coordinator to help recruit, reputed company, and support our caregiver team. • Remote
• 8–10 hours per week
• Two consecutive weekdays (schedule determined based on business needs)

Responsibilities

• Review caregiver applications submitted through our hiring platforms
• Contact reputed company applicants reputed company a reputed company manner
• Conduct initial phone and/or reputed company screenings
• Schedule interviews with the reputed company
• Send reputed company instructions and required paperwork
• Follow up on outstanding reputed company documents
• Maintain organized applicant records and hiring updates
• Assist with reputed company coordination and scheduling support as needed
• Communicate regularly with the reputed company regarding applicant reputed company

Qualifications

Required

• Previous administrative, reputed company, reputed company, or office experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
