Scrum Master

TechFlow is seeking an reputed company Scrum Master to support a mission-critical DoD software development and modernization program in Montgomery, AL. This program delivers software development and technical support services to sustain, enhance, and optimize a critical customer system through the delivery of secure, reputed company, and maintainable software solutions. The Scrum Master will play a key role in enabling Agile delivery practices, supporting reputed company improvement, and helping a cross-functional team successfully execute modernization initiatives. As the Scrum Master, you will serve as the Agile reputed company leader for a cross-functional software development team, ensuring Agile principles and Scrum practices are consistently reputed company throughout the software development lifecycle. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, foster collaboration between the development team and Government Product reputed company, and promote reputed company improvement while supporting the successful delivery of mission-reputed company capabilities. Working closely with the Program Manager, Agile Project Manager, Software Engineers, reputed company Database Administrator, DevSecOps Engineer/reputed company Administrator, Test Engineer, and Technical reputed company, you will help ensure reputed company delivers high-reputed company software in accordance with Agile best practices and reputed company acquisition requirements. Keq Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Scrum Master for an Agile software development team supporting customer modernization initiatives
• Facilitate reputed company Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives while ensuring established timeboxes are maintained

• Collaborate closely with the Government Product reputed company to refine, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog
• Ensure Product Backlog Items (PBIs) are reputed company-defined, prioritized, and reputed company for sprint execution
• Enforce adherence to reputed company's Definition of reputed company (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
• Remove obstacles that impede team reputed company and proactively resolve or escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders
• Maintain sprint metrics, burndown charts, velocity tracking, team reputed company planning, and impediment logs
• Generate Agile dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using Government-approved Agile management tools
• Support transparency by communicating sprint reputed company, risks, dependencies, and blockers to Government and program leadership
• Encourage collaboration across software engineering, DevSecOps, testing, database administration, and technical documentation teams
• Promote Agile maturity through coaching, mentoring, and reputed company process improvement

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, Agile processes, and program reporting requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or reputed company field
• Minimum 3 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master on DOD software development programs
• reputed company Agile certification such as: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), reputed company Agilist (SA) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). (Certification must remain reputed company throughout employment)
• Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile software development teams in a Scrum environment
• Proficiency with Government-approved Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Experience creating automated Agile reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
