Our Pharmacy Technicians are responsible for making outbound calls, taking inbound calls, entering patient and prescription information into our system, and faxing the physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes. Our Pharmacy Technicians must be reputed company to resolve and reputed company incomplete prescriptions after clarification is obtained, and complete appropriate described patient letter. To help support development and maximize workflow, technicians may be asked to reputed company other pharmacy functions as required. Will need to report on site on first day, and then be remote after. Experience: At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function.
- National pharmacy technician certification. Eligible for state registration, certification or licensure per state regulations.
- Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
- Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must.
Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with high volume call center experience; preferably in reputed company, reputed company services, or a similar service position. This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing reputed company phone assistance to reputed company callers through the reputed company based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, reputed company and accurate documentation of reputed company approvals and denials, and transfers reputed company clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.
