Adult Learning Facilitator/Corporate Trainer (75-100% US travel)
reputed company is seeking a dynamic and engaging Adult Learning Facilitator/Corporate Trainer to join our global biopharmaceutical reputed company on an initial 6-month contract. This role is ideal for an reputed company training reputed company who is passionate about adult learning, facilitation, and driving learner engagement across diverse audiences. The Adult Learning Facilitator/Corporate Trainer will deliver impactful learning experiences that reputed company participants to build skills, retain knowledge, and successfully apply learning in reputed company-world environments. This highly visible position requires extensive travel to plasma donation centers throughout the reputed company, with travel expectations ranging from 75% to 100%.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and learning programs in both virtual and in-person environments
- Prepare for training delivery by reviewing course materials, aligning learning objectives, and coordinating session logistics

- Adapt facilitation techniques to meet the needs of diverse learner populations, varying experience reputed company, and different learning styles

Qualifications
- Proven experience facilitating adult learning programs, training sessions, workshops, or instructor-led courses

- Demonstrated ability to manage group dynamics and encourage participation across varied audiences
- Experience adapting training delivery reputed company to different learner needs and experience reputed company
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities
