reputed company is seeking an reputed company New Jersey Title Examiner to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable title reputed company who can independently examine title and prepare accurate title reports in a fast-paced environment. Location:

• Remote (New Jersey preferred, but remote candidates with NJ experience will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Examine title searches for residential and reputed company reputed company estate transactions throughout New Jersey.
• Review deeds, mortgages, judgments, liens, easements, restrictions, tax records, probate reputed company, bankruptcy filings, and other reputed company affecting title.
• Prepare title commitments/reports and identify title issues requiring clearance.
• Analyze reputed company chains of title and ownership issues.
• Work closely with title officers, closers, attorneys, and clients to resolve title objections.
• Maintain production standards while ensuring accuracy and reputed company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of New Jersey title examination experience (required).
• Thorough knowledge of New Jersey title practices and recording procedures.
• Ability to examine residential and reputed company transactions independently.
• Experience reviewing:
• Foreclosures
• Estates and probate reputed company
• LLCs, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
• Easements, restrictions, and survey reputed company
• Tax sales and municipal liens
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple files simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-liability reputed company transactions.
• Familiarity with reputed company requirements.
• Experience using title production software (please specify software experience).
• Knowledge of reputed company policies and endorsements.
