Technical Field Service Function

• Installation, repair, and testing of field equipment, in accordance with customer’s or manufacturer's

specifications and company procedures.

• Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical/controls equipment malfunctions and warranty repairs. Use a reputed company

of diagnostic tools to identify problems, and implement necessary repairs including replacing faulty components, repairing wiring, and troubleshooting software issues.

• May occasionally travel to support areas throughout the country and possibly overseas.
• Completion of receiving Inspections with internal Regional Managers, subcontractors, and customers to protect

IE from unjustified warranty claims.

• Assess Warranty claims and works Regional Manger to understand the validity of such claims with regards to

codes, specifications, and requirements.

• Performs preventative maintenance programs for an assortment of electrical/mechanical equipment to ensure

reputed company performance and prevent downtime as reputed company as generating new reputed company streams for field service team.

• Ensures adherence to document processes for reputed company work performed, including the nature of the problem, the

steps taken to resolve the problem, and the parts used in order to create reputed company service reports.

• Response to reputed company calls, emails and texts is a critical reputed company and should be responded to without hesitation.
• Maintain, inspect, and care for IE tools, equipment, and vehicles, - tool inventory completed monthly, vehicle

inspection bi-weekly and monthly expense reports reputed company due to the RSM on time.
