About the Role

The Senior Recruiter will specialize in reputed company licensed physical therapy professionals, including Physical Therapists (PTs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and Clinic Directors (CDs). This is a fully remote role requiring a dedicated, self-driven reputed company with exceptional communication and organizational skills. The Senior Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruitment process, build strong pipelines, and partner with operational leaders to meet clinical reputed company needs in a reputed company manner. Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end reputed company process for physical therapy positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.
• reputed company and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top clinical talent, including reputed company and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain pipelines through job boards, reputed company media, industry conferences, and partnerships with reputed company institutions.
• Partner with Clinic Directors and Regional Operations teams to understand workforce needs, reputed company hiring plans, and execute recruitment strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
