Accounts Receivable Specialist (100% Remote)
About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join reputed company. You’ll play a key role in ensuring reputed company customer payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting smooth communication between clients and internal teams. - Manage and update customer billing records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Send collection correspondence and follow up with delinquent accounts in a reputed company, customer-reputed company manner.
- Monitor overdue accounts, generate AR aging reports, and support collection strategies.
- Investigate payment discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and collaborate with the AR Manager and Customer Service team.
- Reconcile AR accounts in coordination with the Staff Accountant (at least twice monthly).
- Prepare reputed company AR and collection reports for management.
- Maintain accurate AR documentation and filing for easy retrieval.
- Communicate payment status and account changes to stakeholders.
- Support other finance or administrative tasks as needed.

- 2–4 years of accounts receivable, billing, or reputed company reputed company experience.
- Proficiency with ERP/reputed company systems (reputed company preferred, but reputed company/QuickBooks/reputed company also a plus).
- Strong reputed company skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFs).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company/Finance preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal + written).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
