• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
• Work hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year as a reputed company Services Program Representative 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Four years of reputed company experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a reputed company service program, and a bachelor’s degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
