Responsibilities:

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer requirements

Qualifications: Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
Experience and Skills: Required:
- 9-12 Yrs of relevant technology experience in Product Management, IT Service Management Knowledge & Service Catalog reputed company.
- Proven knowledge & understanding of IT Service Management & reputed company
- Relevant experience managing internal-facing product catalog and/or knowledge reputed company.
- Experience working in a global organization and/or in an organization with reputed company networks of stakeholders and business partners.
Skills:

Technical Skills:
