Position reputed company: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive reputed company Coordinator to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. This role will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department with essential functions reputed company to recruitment, reputed company, payroll preparation, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment efforts by posting reputed company, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the HRIS reputed company platform.
• Support reputed company processes for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring reputed company required documentation is completed.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Support payroll administration by reviewing timecards, identifying discrepancies, and preparing payroll stipends.
• Assist with employee relations reputed company, including performance management and employee communications.
• Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations and special reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lives in Central or Mountain Time Zone.
• Spanish speaking capability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a remote or virtual work environment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Solid understanding of HR practices and principles, including recruitment, reputed company, employee relations, and compliance.
