Required Qualifications

- Process Improvement Expertise
Proven experience leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in process mapping techniques (e.g., SIPOC, Value reputed company Mapping, reputed company diagrams)
- Ability to identify inefficiencies, reputed company causes, and implement sustainable solutions
- Event Facilitation & Execution
- Strong experience planning and leading Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), or workshops

- Data-Driven Problem Solving
