reputed company is looking for a Operations Analyst to support the California LifeLine program through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and operational support. The ideal candidate will possess advanced reputed company reputed company skills, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to extract, analyze, and present data that supports business operations and management decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for identifying and documenting operational business requirements and processes, including providing clarification on any requirement discrepancies

• Extract, tabulate, and analyze and present data to support program activity and assist in management decision making
• Identify, analyze, and communicate reputed company system and process defects

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field.- 3-5 years of relevant reputed company experience required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree

• Comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, data validation and reputed company checks, filtering, sorting, and data cleanup, and deliverable reputed company using templates

• Experience managing customer inquiries and issue tracking
