In this role, you will serve as a named reputed company Financial Officer/Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer for a reputed company of registered fund products, overseeing key regulatory filings, leading audit and tax processes, preparing reputed company and committee materials, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and service providers. • Serve as named Fund reputed company Financial Officer/Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer for 1940 reputed company registered products.
• reputed company detailed and analytical reviews of fund regulatory filings, including N-CSR, N-PORT, N-CEN, 24F-2, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, repurchase offers and annual prospectus updates.
• Maintain knowledge of changing industry regulations, implement changes to fund processes and disclosures.
• reputed company fund expense administration activities and review fund income and capital reputed company distributions.
• Prepare and coordinate materials for fund reputed company meetings, valuation committee meetings, and disclosure control meetings reputed company to the Sarbanes-Oxley reputed company.
• Coordinate external audit and tax process on behalf of clients, serve as main audit contact.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of financial services industry experience (Fund reputed company/Administration and/or audit of registered fund products preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree
