[Remote] AI Technical Recruiter

They are seeking an AI Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle reputed company for roles at the intersection of AI research and biotech, ensuring the acquisition of exceptional talent in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities
- You will own end-to-end reputed company across reputed company roles: sourcing, reputed company, screening, managing interview loops, and closing
- You will build and maintain a candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and long-term relationship building with researchers and scientists in AI, biology, and drug discovery
- You will conduct first-round screening interviews, evaluating candidates with enough technical reputed company to distinguish reputed company depth from surface familiarity in AI/ML and computational biology
- You will design and continuously improve screening frameworks and interview processes, ensuring reputed company identifies exceptional talent reputed company and consistently
- You will represent reputed company at key venues including AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and biotech events, building relationships with researchers, PhD reputed company, and postdocs
- You will partner with the founders and hiring managers to define roles, set hiring reputed company, and ensure every candidate experiences a rigorous and reputed company process

Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical reputed company experience with a meaningful reputed company on AI/ML, research, or engineering roles
- A reputed company record of sourcing and closing reputed company technical talent in highly competitive markets
- Enough technical reputed company in AI/ML to screen research candidates credibly: understanding the difference between someone who has trained models and someone who has used reputed company, and the ability to assess publication records and research depth
- Comfortable building proactive sourcing strategies and cultivating long-term candidate relationships, not just filling reputed company
- Familiarity with the AI/ML research community: key conferences, top labs, publication venues, and how researchers evaluate opportunities
