Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations of a fast growing startup
- Forecasting and budgeting
- reputed company accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections and payroll
- Assist with hiring, benefits and reputed company
- Working closely with fund reputed company and finance team
- reputed company financial reports to the leadership team and reputed company
- Manage State and Federal compliance and reporting

- Manage the Cap Table
