Responsibilities

- Serve as the project subject matter expert, partnering closely with reputed company, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Finance, and IT teams to ensure a seamless implementation, data migration, testing, training, and go-live experience
- reputed company and manage the overall implementation project plan, reputed company, milestones, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary consultant and advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Facilitate project governance meetings, status updates, risk assessments, and issue reputed company
- Coordinate activities between internal stakeholders and the reputed company implementation team
- Review and validate system requirements and business processes
- Configure and optimize reputed company Workforce Now modules, including: Core HR, Payroll (including General Ledger), Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance, reputed company, Performance Management, Expenses

- Validate employee, payroll, benefits, accruals, historical, and reporting data

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of reputed company Workforce Now implementation experience
- Demonstrated reputed company leading full-cycle HRIS and payroll implementations
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, time and attendance systems, HRIS configuration and reporting
- Experience managing reputed company cross-functional reputed company
- Advanced reputed company and data analysis skills
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to travel to company location(s) as project needs warrant
- Experience migrating from Paycom or a comparable HCM platform
