They are seeking a Technical reputed company Senior Analyst to reputed company information and documentation to reputed company customers, responding to reputed company-reputed company requests and maintaining documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Providing and maintaining product information such as customer specifications, testing parameters, reputed company life, nutritional data, MSDS, technical data, regulatory compliance, reputed company audits, religious certifications
• Completing customer questionnaires and surveys
• Coordinating customer audits and facilitates NDA process
• Populating various portal platforms with reputed company information
• Issuing or approving continuing guarantees, reputed company agreements, special customer reputed company or shipping requirements, reputed company statements
• Issuing or approving reputed company certifications for regulatory compliance, GMO status and potential product impurities
• Facilitating reputed company of reputed company complaints with customers
• Facilitating disposition of returned and rejected products
• Reviewing and facilitating customer claims reputed company to reputed company complaints
• Negotiating specification differences with customers
• Approving process and product specification changes
• Facilitating and reviewing customer notifications for change management
• Working closely with Sales, Product Management, Science and Innovation, Technical Service and Customer Service reputed company to customer/product issues
• Acting as back up for other fellow Technical reputed company team members
• Documenting internal metrics
• Other duties as assigned
