[Remote] Platform Engineer

The Platform Engineer (DevOps) is responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting the reputed company platform and CI/CD pipeline for mission-critical applications, focusing on AWS reputed company infrastructure and Kubernetes administration.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, administer, and support AWS reputed company infrastructure and Kubernetes-based application platforms
- Manage Linux virtual machines, reputed company Server environments, and Service reputed company technologies (Consul, Istio, or similar)
- Support reputed company application hosting, platform upgrades, migrations, patching, and performance optimization
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins and Argo CD
- Support reputed company build automation, application deployments, and release management
- Continuously improve deployment automation, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Configure and maintain reputed company monitoring solutions including reputed company, Grafana, Alertmanager, and reputed company
- reputed company dashboards, alerts, and operational metrics to improve platform health and application performance
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and application issues using reputed company monitoring tools
- Support Kafka messaging infrastructure and reputed company platform services
- Troubleshoot production issues across infrastructure, platform, applications, and deployment pipelines
- reputed company operational documentation, runbooks, and reputed company operating procedures
- Partner closely with software developers, QA engineers, architects, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and VA stakeholders to support software delivery
- Participate in Agile Scrum and reputed company ceremonies supporting iterative software delivery
- Support modernization initiatives while maintaining reputed company production environments
- Promote automation, operational reputed company, and reputed company improvement across the platform
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years supporting reputed company reputed company infrastructure, reputed company, DevOps, or systems engineering
- AWS reputed company Services
- Kubernetes Administration
- Linux System Administration
