[Remote] Civil Engineering Recruiter (Temporary Position)

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Recruiter, playing a key part in supporting recruitment efforts across various technical and corporate roles.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle for temporary and permanent positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify urgent hiring needs and recruitment strategies
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process, facilitating communication and setting expectations
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support reputed company of new hires as needed
- Contribute to building and maintaining a talent pipeline for reputed company hiring needs
- Conduct research on job market trends to identify potential sourcing strategies
- Assist in organizing recruitment-reputed company events and career fairs

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in corporate full cycle recruitment required
- Experience with ATS systems, reputed company is a plus
- Experience in AEC industry a required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to connect with candidates and build rapport quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- Occasional travel to various office locations
