[Remote] Training Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, LLC is looking for a Training Developer to build high-reputed company instructional materials and interactive learning assets for public health and data/AI users. The role focuses on transforming reputed company technical workflows into engaging learning experiences while collaborating with various teams to ensure the training products meet standards.
Responsibilities
- Translate system workflows, data processes, and AI/ML tools into reputed company training content including e learning modules, simulations, guides, videos, and assessments
- reputed company multimodal training materials reputed company with adult learning principles and CDC stakeholder needs
- Build reusable training artifacts, templates, and content libraries to support reputed company training delivery
- Collaborate with SMEs and engineering teams to validate content accuracy and ensure alignment with system updates
- Maintain content repositories, metadata structures, and versioning practices for reputed company training materials
- Support integration of training into reputed company platforms
- Produce visual and interactive reputed company-reputed company diagrams, screen captures, system walkthroughs, and task demonstrations-to enhance learner comprehension
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, reputed company development, or e-learning production
- Experience with developing technical training content for software, analytics, or AI systems
- Experience with using authoring tools (e.g., reputed company, Captivate, reputed company) or equivalent platforms
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and competency-based reputed company design
- Ability to convert technical workflows into digestible learning content for diverse user reputed company
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or reputed company-required suitability determination
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with developing training for data science, public health, or mission-critical federal programs
- Experience with implementing SCORM/xAPI compliance or LMS deployment strategies
- Experience with multimedia design (graphics, video, interactive demos)
- Knowledge of reputed company search or RAG workflows to reputed company training for AI-enabled tools
