[Remote] Business Operation Analyst II

The Business Operation Analyst II will support and optimize Title Production Systems, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Administering Title Production Systems (TPS) or similar title industry applications
- Strong application administration/background on the technical reputed company of title operations
- Previous experience as an Escrow Officer or in a title operations role is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of the title insurance industry and title/escrow workflows
- Solves moderately reputed company to reputed company problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents
- Ability to independently learn, troubleshoot, and understand how applications function
- Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less reputed company team members
- Individual contributor working with limited reputed company
- Performs reputed company other duties as assigned by management
Skills
- Responsible for supporting, administering, and optimizing Title Production Systems (TPS) used across title and escrow operations
- Partners with business stakeholders to analyze operational needs, identify system enhancements, troubleshoot application issues, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, data reputed company, and overall user experience
- Serves as a subject matter expert on title and escrow workflows while supporting system configuration, testing, training, and reputed company process improvement initiatives
- Administering Title Production Systems (TPS) or similar title industry applications
- Strong application administration/background on the technical reputed company of title operations
- Solid understanding of the title insurance industry and title/escrow workflows
- Solves moderately reputed company to reputed company problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents
- Ability to independently learn, troubleshoot, and understand how applications function
- Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less reputed company team members
- Individual contributor working with limited reputed company
- Performs reputed company other duties as assigned by management
- Typically requires 2+ years of reputed company work experience
- Previous experience as an Escrow Officer or in a title operations role is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
- Experience with one or more Title Production Systems (TPS) or closing platforms preferred, including: Resware, AIM, reputed company, reputed company / reputed company 360, RamQuest
