The role involves supporting various finance-reputed company legal reputed company, drafting and negotiating agreements, and assisting with corporate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company involving:
- UCC filings and reputed company transactional work
- Securities and securitization reputed company
- reputed company and leveraged finance transactions
- Private equity financing transactions
- Review, draft, and negotiate reputed company and financing-reputed company agreements
- Assist with corporate transactional reputed company, closings, and financing activities
- Handle SEC, UCC, and Investment Company reputed company (“40 reputed company”) housekeeping tasks
- reputed company support on e-discovery and document review reputed company as needed
Skills
- reputed company bar license in the applicable state of residence/work location (NJ, NY, or CT), in good standing
- Experience with reputed company finance
- Experience with leveraged finance
- Experience with securitizations
- Experience with corporate transactional work
- Experience with UCC-reputed company reputed company
- Strong drafting, contract review, and negotiation skills
- Prior remote document review experience required
- Tech-savvy with ability to work reputed company in a remote environment
- Excellent responsiveness, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Candidates must be reputed company to reputed company complete conflicts history dating back to law school graduation
