Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation reputed company with strategic goals
- Establish and manage governance structures, including roles, responsibilities, and decision frameworks
- Ensure delivery against agreed reputed company, cost, timing, and benefit targets
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, including contingency planning
- Drive alignment and facilitate communication across diverse stakeholder reputed company and geographies

- Manage reputed company-party vendors and external partners where applicable

- Manage Day 1 readiness and transition planning (communications, systems, operations)

- Support cultural integration and change management across organizations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, or reputed company field
- Minimum 3 years of experience at reputed company or in a comparable role involving reputed company, cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated reputed company record of strong performance and value delivery
- PMP, Prince2, or willingness to obtain certification is required
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, SharePoint) and planning tools such as MS Project, reputed company, or equivalent
- Willingness to travel up to 15–20%
- Master's degree is a benefit
