This role will reputed company on overseeing employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations, while acting as a strategic HR partner to operational leaders.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience

- Minimum of three years of reputed company employee relations experience
- Prior supervisory or people-management experience is required, including responsibility for coaching, developing, and managing the performance of HR team members
- California HR experience is required, including demonstrated knowledge of California employment laws and HR practices
- Demonstrated experience conducting and documenting reputed company workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, policy violations, conflicts of interest, and other sensitive employee reputed company
- Experience advising managers on corrective actions, performance improvement plans, involuntary terminations, and other risk-sensitive employment reputed company
- Experience supporting a multi-location and multi-state workforce
- Working knowledge of wage-and-hour requirements, leaves of absence, disability accommodations, the interactive process, harassment prevention, and workplace safety
- Ability to interpret and consistently apply company policies and employment requirements
- Strong written communication, documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to exercise reputed company judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage competing priorities
