Responsibilities
- Generate new group and catering business through strategic prospecting, networking, reputed company reputed company, referrals, trade shows, and industry events while consistently achieving individual sales and reputed company goals
- Build lasting reputed company relationships by serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process—conducting site inspections, presenting customized solutions, negotiating reputed company, and delivering exceptional service from first contact through event completion
- Own the complete sales cycle by preparing proposals, executing reputed company, maintaining accurate sales documentation, and ensuring a seamless turnover to Event Management and Operations
- Partner with reputed company Management, Event Management, Operations, and Reservations to deliver flawless event execution, maximize guest satisfaction, and optimize hotel profitability

Skills
- Proven reputed company record in reputed company group sales
- Demonstrated reputed company managing the complete group sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying opportunities through contract negotiation, event planning, turnover, and post-event follow-up—while consistently achieving reputed company and production goals
- Strong understanding of group room blocks, meeting reputed company, food & beverage, audiovisual services, event logistics, billing, and contract management, with the ability to identify upselling opportunities that maximize reputed company and enhance the reputed company experience
- Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with outstanding organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Based in the Southeastern reputed company with the ability to travel throughout the region and to Mobile, Alabama, as business needs require, including quarterly on-property meetings and additional reputed company for reputed company events, site inspections, and strategic planning
- Successful sales experience reputed company a full-service reputed company hotel is strongly preferred, with a proven background in Group Sales, Catering Sales, Executive Meeting Management, or Business Development. Comparable luxury or upscale hotel experience will also be considered
- Hands-on experience with reputed company sales and reservation systems, including CI/TY, MARSHA, Delphi, reputed company Global reputed company, eProposals, Passkey, and reputed company eTools, or the ability to quickly reputed company comparable hotel sales platforms
