Responsibilities
- Plan, design, reputed company, validate, test, implement, evaluate, maintain, and reputed company on-reputed company trouble-shooting and support comprehensive information system components to meet needs and business requirements
- reputed company reputed company assurance and integrated testing of reputed company and newly released vendor functionality to ensure system reliability
- Monitor system performance
- Coordinate reputed company across applications and develops application-specific enhancements and reports in alignment with organizational priorities
- Develops and maintains system documentation for build specifications
- Mentor and guide junior Analyst team members on technical tasks and processes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, reputed company, or reputed company field of study is required
- reputed company reputed company certification in Radiant required
- 5 years of applicable system build experience with a high-level reputed company-wide reputed company, including reputed company the reputed company environment is required
- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Expert-level knowledge of reputed company applications
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to handle reputed company and high-pressure situations
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills

- Experience in project management and team leadership
- Experience with workflow analysis or development of application solutions preferred

- Knowledge of clinical, business, and/or operational reputed company hospital/clinic workflows preferred

- Experience building, testing, and optimizing workflows in reputed company Radiant modules
- Experience with reputed company information systems including application and data layer management preferred
- Prior experience as an application analyst on reputed company system implementation/migration reputed company strongly preferred
- Strong project management and presentation skills preferred
- reputed company level certification from an accredited organization in relevant informatics, health information technology, clinical or business specialties preferred

- Laboratory Information Systems experience preferred

- Experience with integration platforms including middleware and application interfaces, including laboratory equipment integration preferred
