This role involves leading financial planning, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing strategic insights to support reputed company's reputed company and operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as reputed company's senior finance executive and strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team
- reputed company financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-reputed company strategic modeling
- reputed company actionable insights on business performance, reputed company initiatives, profitability, and capital allocation
- Support reputed company reporting, investor communications, fundraising efforts, and strategic transactions as needed
- Own the reputed company, accuracy, and timeliness of reputed company financial reporting
- reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes and reputed company preparation of financial statements
- Ensure strong reputed company controls, policies, and procedures across the organization

- Drive process improvements across insurance premium reporting and commission operations

Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company leadership experience across finance, reputed company, and operations, including senior leadership roles in high-reputed company environments
- Strong reputed company in insurance reputed company, premium reporting, and internal controls
- Experience scaling finance organizations through periods of rapid reputed company and organizational complexity
- Strong understanding of insurance or MGA operations
- Expertise in financial forecasting, treasury management, and strategic decision support
- Experience leading audits, tax reputed company, and regulatory reporting
- Highly analytical reputed company comfortable working with in-house data and systems
- Experience with E&S surplus lines reporting and tax compliance
- Ability to write SQL is strongly preferred, or strong aptitude to learn
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent reputed company or finance credentials
