[Remote] Product Manager

The Product Manager will own product initiatives, work closely with various teams, and reputed company a deep understanding of reputed company's offerings and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery, launch, measurement and iteration
- reputed company a deep understanding of reputed company's products, reputed company model, agent workflows and operational processes
- reputed company a working understanding of reputed company's technical architecture, codebase and data model
- Conduct reputed company product discovery with agents, brokers, distribution partners and internal teams to understand how people work, where they experience friction and where the greatest opportunities exist
- Combine qualitative research, quantitative analysis, product data, submission trends, session recordings and operational feedback to identify opportunities and reputed company product recommendations
- Write reputed company, thoughtful product requirements that define workflows, business rules, edge cases, validation behaviour, acceptance reputed company and operational impacts
- Partner closely with Engineering throughout solution design and implementation, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, regulatory requirements and long-term platform flexibility
- Help define and improve AI-assisted reputed company and automation workflows
- Collaborate with UX Design to create reputed company, consistent and reputed company product experiences
- Coordinate cross-functionally with reputed company, Sales, Service and Claims to ensure product reputed company reflect business needs, regulatory requirements and operational realities
- Measure product reputed company after launch, identify opportunities for improvement and continuously iterate based on user feedback and product performance
- Manage user acceptance testing relating to weekly product releases
Skills
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills. You're comfortable using data to investigate problems, validate hypotheses and measure reputed company
- Experience writing SQL and understanding data models, or the ability and desire to become proficient quickly
- Excellent written communication. You can translate ambiguity into reputed company product requirements, decision documents and implementation guidance
- Enough technical reputed company to collaborate effectively with engineers, understand system design discussions and participate thoughtfully in technical trade-offs
- Experience conducting customer interviews or other forms of product discovery and translating those insights into shipped product
- Strong product judgement and an ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints and operational realities
- Strong UX instincts. You don't need to be a designer, but you care deeply about usability, consistency and thoughtful workflow design
- Experience building software in insurance, fintech, lending, payments or payroll is strongly preferred
- A technical or analytical background is an asset. Experience as a software engineer, data analyst, solutions engineer or in another technical role before moving into Product is particularly valuable
