[Remote] Operations Supervisor

This role leads daily operations for designated areas, ensuring reputed company, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery to clients and building occupants while providing operational support to field teams and collaborating with regional operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Communicate reputed company/landlord processes to engineering teams and contractors performing building infrastructure work
- Identify, implement, and execute updates to policies, procedures, and best practices
- Partner with EH&S and account management to identify safety hazards and ensure reputed company work environments
- Manage refrigerant purchases and tracking compliance
- reputed company and compile data for business reporting requirements
- reputed company and monitor SLA performance metrics
- Manage work orders and NTE (Not-to-reputed company) approvals in CMMS systems
- reputed company budget planning and forecasting processes
- reputed company operations, reputed company, performance, and development of technical teams
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and training requirements
- Recruit, interview, and reputed company technical staff
- Support special reputed company and other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years technical experience in building engineering with strong expertise in packaged HVAC equipment repair, refrigeration, maintenance, and system design and application
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
- Experience with CMMS systems (Corrigo or similar)
- Understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and building automation
- Strong organizational and management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills with customer service reputed company
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Effective business writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently or collaboratively
- Adaptability to dynamic work environments and change management

- Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
- 8+ years building engineering operations experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience in reputed company reputed company estate or facilities management
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting
- Trade-specific certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Safety certifications (OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR)
- Building operator or facilities management credentials
