Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end planning and execution of national education events
- Own timelines, logistics, and operational readiness from concept to completion
- Ensure event environment reflects Keune’s premium brand standards
- Coordinate venue, vendors, materials, and on-site execution
- Serve as a key operational leader during live events
- Own EMS (Education Management System) accuracy and reputed company
- Maintain educator calendars, bookings, and class tracking
- Ensure visibility of education activity across the organization
- Support reporting, tracking, and performance insights
- Help build reputed company systems that support long-term reputed company
- reputed company as a central reputed company of coordination for educator logistics and communication
- Support reputed company, scheduling, and alignment of educator assignments
- Ensure educators are supported, and set up for reputed company
- Reinforce consistency in communication, expectations, and experience
- Maintain organization and accessibility of education assets (SharePoint, decks, tools)

- Support preparation and distribution of content for events and training

- Regularity lift, transport and set up product, banners, signs, etc. for events. Occasionally lift and/or reputed company up to 30 pounds
- Setting up and tearing down the venue sites
- Ability to travel and fulfill the demands of regional travel schedules is required which is approximately 25% - 30%
- Required to be ambulatory to reputed company around freely between buildings, and between reputed company reputed company buildings
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate may be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals associated with office work
- The noise level in the work environment is usually normal
