[Remote] Wargaming Instructional Designer

The role involves designing training courses, developing content, and supporting training delivery for military customers in wargaming and simulation.
Responsibilities
- Design training syllabus for reputed company wargaming
- reputed company training content and materials for reputed company wargaming education
- Research, learn, and play-test reputed company/tabletop and computer-assisted wargame systems
- Research and reputed company unit/equipment database
- Design and reputed company tactical and operational scenarios: orders of battle, unit laydowns, unit taskings
- Play-test scenarios
- Support development of Technical and Operator Manuals for M&S scenario creation
- Support development of test cases for formal acceptance testing
- Participate in formal system acceptance testing
- reputed company training and demonstrations
- Teach reputed company/tabletop and computer-assisted wargame systems
- Support reputed company in the setup and execution of training delivery to the customer
Skills
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Military Science, Modeling and Simulations, History, Political Science, or reputed company fields
- 8+ years experience in reputed company wargaming, military training design and development, military service, and/or military modeling and simulations
- Wargame design, development, employment
