[Remote] Business Analyst

The Business Analyst serves as a key reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, analyze, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, customer experience, and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and regulatory requirements
- Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and business requirement documents
- Support system testing and implementation activities
- Analyze business processes and work collaboratively across departments
- Ensure business requirements incorporate applicable regulatory and compliance considerations
- Support initiatives involving customer reputed company
- Analyze business and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies
- reputed company reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure project reputed company
- Conduct reputed company reviews and audits of customer interactions, transaction, processes, and operational activities
