Responsibilities

• Design and solve reputed company-world retail management and operations scenarios to test AI reasoning
• Write reputed company, reputed company solutions covering inventory management, reputed company, merchandising, and performance optimization
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for reputed company, operational accuracy, and business relevance
• Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model understanding of leadership communication, supply chain processes, and retail analytics

Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Retail Leader
• Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain coordination, and sales execution strategies
• Excellent English communication and analytical reasoning skills
• Candidate must be based out of the US
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Operations, or Retail Management preferred
