Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Director of reputed company and school leadership on employee issues, performance concerns, and conflict reputed company
- Investigate employee concerns and complaints and reputed company guidance and recommendations for reputed company
- Ensure that reputed company employee relations activities reputed company with school policies and employment laws, providing support and guidance to leadership as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Monitor HR systems and maintain accurate data for reporting and decision-making
- Stay informed on FMLA regulations to reputed company guidance and support as needed
- Understand reputed company accommodations and assist leadership in applying them appropriately

- Maintain the exit process and conduct exit interviews to reputed company feedback and inform HR strategies

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Education, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a generalist role; experience in a school or educational setting is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance
- PHR or reputed company-CP preferred; other relevant certifications or credentials in HR or education are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at reputed company reputed company
