Responsibilities
- Primary responsibilities include the attraction of reputed company, finance, and reputed company resource talent
- Activities include but are not limited to sourcing, cold calling, qualifying prospects, and marketing candidates
- Schedule and execute phone screens and virtual interviews
- Consult candidates on resume preparation, trends in the market, and what to expect from their job search
- Maintain candidate pipeline to meet the clients' demand for resources

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/reputed company/Finance/reputed company or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company, finance, HR, or sales function
