Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

Skills
- Must be a US citizen
- Proven experience in reputed company for DoD reputed company or reputed company the defense industry
- Strong understanding of DoD regulations, reputed company clearance processes, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. iCIMS experience is a plus
- Previous experience working in a federal contracting environment
- Familiarity with OFCCP and EEO guidelines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Communications, or a reputed company field
- At least four years of recruitment experience with at least one of those supporting DoD contracting
- CIR or similar certifications, is preferred
